Biblio: Enable permissions so visitors can view content

The permission to view Biblio content is not enabled for all visitors by default. To grant visitors this permission, go to the administration menu at the top of your screen and selected People -> Permissions (assigned). Scroll down to the Biblio section, and check the boxes for "Access Biblio content" for the user roles you want to allow to view this content. "Anonymous User" means all visitors, and "Authenticated User" means only those who have logged in to the site.
