How can you install a new theme on MIT Drupal?

Hi all,
I've been trying to figure out how to install a new theme on the MIT Drupal interface. I'd like to use the Bootstrap theme available from Drupal. However, I can't figure out how to upload the files to the "sites/all/themes/" folder as it specifies in the documentation. I'm guessing that's because MIT's Drupal installation is multi-site and I don't really have a way of accessing those files? I also don't see the normal "install new theme" button under appearance. Any guidance?

Other than the themes activatable from /admin/appearance, there is no way to install new themes to Drupal Cloud, since we have no access to upload theme files. If you send in a suggestion to the DC admins, though, they may consider installing it.
