I started a Drupal site as a demo a few months ago and rather than creating a second site and duplicating the content of the demo, I would like to change the URL.
Is this possible or do I need to request a new Drupal site?
Thank you!
With the launch of the MIT Sites service, Drupal Cloud is being phased out. Effective January 2, 2024, no new Drupal Cloud sites will be created. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to visit sites.mit.edu to create a new MIT website.

Yes, renaming a site is perfectly possible. Send us email at drupalcloud@mit.edu with the old name and the new name, and we'll do this for you.
Note that if either name is currently expecting to get production use, we'll want a few days to coordinate the update so that visitors always see something.
