I made a number of changes yesterday to one of my sites, and today I have an email from the client saying I missed a lot of the changes. I tested every link before I logged out, so I know they were not missed.

Service Sunset
With the launch of the MIT Sites service, Drupal Cloud is being phased out. Effective January 2, 2024, no new Drupal Cloud sites will be created. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to visit sites.mit.edu to create a new MIT website.

Try emptying the cache. Go to the top left icon, hover over and click on Flush All Caches. It looks like the servers have been having issues lately (I've been experiencing this as well) so you may have to flush them several times.
