Long ago, I decided I wanted jakob.mit.edu for drupal cloud. Now I want to use it for a site on scripts.mit.edu instead. How can I free up the subdomain?

With the launch of the MIT Sites service, Drupal Cloud is being phased out. Effective January 2, 2024, no new Drupal Cloud sites will be created. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to visit sites.mit.edu to create a new MIT website.
Long ago, I decided I wanted jakob.mit.edu for drupal cloud. Now I want to use it for a site on scripts.mit.edu instead. How can I free up the subdomain?

You can send mail to drupalcloud@mit.edu and IS&T will work with you on transitioning the hostname and deleting your site.
