How do I delete old users/accounts without their password?

I had a student working with me over the summer who had full access to making changes on our Drupal site. I don't think I have her password, so I can't seem to take her off as a user (now that she has left our Office). How can i delete?

Hi Susy! You can delete the user from the People list (/admin/people/people) by clicking the checkbox next to the username, selecting "Cancel the selected user accounts" from the dropdown menu on top, and clicking on "Update."
