With the launch of the MIT Sites service, Drupal Cloud is being phased out. Effective January 2, 2024, no new Drupal Cloud sites will be created. Students, faculty, and staff are invited to visit sites.mit.edu to create a new MIT website.
I registered and built a subdomain with drupal and want users who mistakenly believe they should go to www.subdomain.mit.edu to be redirected to the correct, subdomain.mit.edu, location. How can I do this?

Drupal Cloud question:
You need to contact accounts@mit.edu and say that you want mysite.mit.edu as well as www.mysite.mit.edu. I’m never quite sure of the appropriate terminology but they’ll know what you mean.

tmoulton@mit.edu
Unfortunately, this kind of redirect is not currently possible for Drupal pages according to accounts@mit.edu. Though, that was the right contact to ask.
Thanks!
