You cannot install new themes on your Drupal Cloud site. The default theme provided, MIT Adaptive, based on the Adaptive and Corolla themes, has many options built into it to let you control the look and feel of your site, and the CSS Injector module allows you to further customize the underlying theme. Check out the FAQ item on this topic for more information on how to customize the look of your site, and look through some of the tips and tricks and conversations here in the Community section for more ideas.
