Is there a way to create a view of webform submission data?

I want to create a view and page of submission data from the Webform module. After doing some trial/error and Drupal.org it looks like I can't do it in Drupal Cloud until the Webform module is updated to version 4. Is that correct, and if so - is there a timeline for upgrading this module? Thanks!
