Using the Google search, how to populate the "you might also try" suggestions

They don't currently populate on the sites I've enabled this on. Would this patch help or is there something else that needs to be done?

The version of the module we're using includes that patch. Can you point me to an example of a non-Drupal-Cloud site that is using MIT Google Search that is returning the results you want? That'd be helpful for comparison purposes. Thanks!
