How do I make a Menu Bar that goes left to right? Mine goes top to bottom.

The easy way is to use the MIT DLC theme. Your menu may also continue to show up wherever you placed it (e.g., sidebar first), so you'll need to get rid of it using Structure in the Administration menu.

I'm guessing you can also use CSS (maybe even copying it from the DLC theme), but I'll leave that to others who know more than I do to explain.
