Enable the Cybersource module then clear your Cache

  1. Log in to your site.
  2. From the Administration menu, click Modules.
    Note: Users with a newer version of Drupal Cloud may need to click Menu to see menu choices.
  3. Scroll to the Merchant Services section and find the Cybersource module listed.
  4. Check the box in the Enabled column.
  5. Scroll to the bottom and click the Save configuration button. You may need to wait a moment.
  6. You will see a green confirmation message at the top.
  7. After observing the confirmation message, click Configuration from the Administration menu.
  8. In the Development section, click Performance.
  9. Click the Clear all caches button.
  10. You will see a green confirmation message at the top.
